Is my information safe?

Your files are stored privately, not in a public folder. Sign-in needs your password and a one-time code sent to your email.

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, JPG and PNG, up to 8 MB each. A phone photo works if it is clear and readable.

How do I know you received my documents?

You get an automatic email as soon as a file is uploaded, and the checklist shows its review status.

What happens if a document is rejected?

You will see the reason on your checklist and in an email. Upload a corrected file and it goes back for review.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. The portal is designed to work on phones, tablets and computers.
